Privacy
We ask for only the information that we need to respond to you and to help you with your purchase, and we say below who handles it. This page covers the enquiry and purchase forms, the email list, and the two analytics tools we use.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect card or bank details. Payment is made on the payment service's own page, and we never see those details.
Who handles it
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Analytics 4 records how the site is used.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions and clicks. It masks what you type into form fields.
- The payment service, if you buy, handles the payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
These providers process data outside Singapore. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to tell visits apart. You can refuse these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's browser opt-out add-on for Analytics. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and purchase records: kept for as long as we need them for our own records, such as tax and filing.
- The email list: until you unsubscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics: under the retention settings of Google and Microsoft.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent to our using it, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Use the email button on our Contact page and we will reply within one working day. That is also our data protection contact.
Joining the email list
By leaving your email you agree that we may write to you when new names are added. We send one email per batch and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
